I didn't get the source. I left for a while and it was gone before I could get it.
Assuming you got the source, the main problem with it is the item system. If you can figure out where an item will be created using the 0x0003 packet command - the rest of the item system is done.

I think that was one of the functions I was phasing out. I haven't looked at it in a while.
PlayerPacket::Channel() is incorrect - the one your sending here is friend data and not channel data. Item creation has some serious bug in there, you don't add slot ID, you add item's unique ID. Also, 0x141 packets should be merged with spawn packet.
