Yeh, but a new computer would cost me months of savings...(around 100$/month) :/ And, i would likely buy a VPS but.... my i cant buy online with my credit card until i am 18yrs :(

Hi, have u solved the mistery that both you and i have? you know the error you tried to fix 2 days ago i think. I have tried Re installing Visual C# and VB, did not work.. I tried other serveres, did not work.. I get this error on ALL my projects, even in VB!
