u can use the compare2files from tekk's elements editor use first the one un-edited(client in this exemple...wait first to fully load) than the one edited(server...wait first to fully load)...than analyze...check the lists and they should be added(my advice don't add more than 5 at a time) ...than save it as a different elements.data ...it whould be saved as the same as the first elements used... in the compare .data's carefull tho it can cause few issues but it's a good way:)
