You have 3 options:
- Caali files, which you wont get support on this forum, they are the best in one point(have more features), but you will get stuck on what you have, wont add any new feature.
- osAFlyFF, still in development, but you can have almost anything for your server.
- Rhisis, still in development, but you can have almost anything for your server.
For the first, like I said you wont get it nor assistence for it at ragezone.
For the other 2, search for guide's at they're forums and release section.
