Did you message him about it? Because if OP's can request for negative feedback to be removed, it'd be a bit weird imo.
OP requested it. The guy needs to provide a Skype chat log as proof of his accusations. Once he has the proof, he can post again.

Time will heal wounds! If you need someone to talk with, I'm almost always on Skype. I've been good, doing a lot of sideprojects currently to earn some extra cash. Going well.
