GS_CS is hide check your connect server list :)

GameServerCS is "HIDE" on select server screen, if you can't go to cs's maps then look in link config to GameServerCS, config files for MapServerInfo and ConnectServer if port asigned to GameServerCS is the same on the 3 configs.
I can't do a guide to add new items because don't have much time now.. maybe you can search on guide section some information about how to add new items on server.

Create DataBase MuOnline, restore from MuServer/db backs / MuOnline.bak
Open Query Analizer, select db MuOnline and paste the Second Query released on post (to clean kriss from inventory)
Go to Client and create character, you shouldn't have any problem creating the character if follow this steps.
On ENCData you can find a file called: ENC_GMSystem and edit the name of your character in first column.
Go then to mumaker and search your character, set as GameMaster.

Database MuOnline.bak on server files have already the first query, that query is only for update ENC DataBase from season 5 to season6, if U use the database atached on files s6 only you need to run the second query to clean the rz inventary.
