Thank you everyone for the replies, I think the problem is my ports... It used to work when I use it to public my server, but now it doesn't... Is that why I can't get on localhost or 127.0.0.1 website I guess?

Yes, I tried to port-forward them. But it used to work for me but not the others (they stuck at character selection screen instead) but then the next day I can't as well.

Well I think my problem is the ports. Because it works fine when I use Hamachi IP instead. :P Thanks for the reply though. Was waiting so long. xD
