Its because chat don't come out with server files, its actually use external web interface, so you can't get simply get it working with server files. But its not really hard to make yourself, since its used get/push api and server config files provide all data that you need to make it work.

Try it with 1 battlepass active,not all. As for whitescreen - its most likely because you try to run all battlepasses and they conflict between them, so gameserver just don't loaded.You can check logs for more info.
