    The texture the model (which was ripped from another flyff server :B) is looking for isn't in the texture folders. It could either be that the model has the wrong texture name in it, or the texture is just missing completely.

    That's basic conversion. For animated meshes, world objects, and etc, its a bit more complicated than that.

    Use this as an example. Theres only 1 animation spread out, but you'll get it. Theres the MAX file, a static ASE, and 2 animated ASEs (one of these is static, I forgot which one). If you want to quick test it, just stick the o3d and anis in your client's model folder, and changed the AiBatt...

    No. If you already have proper bones, they'll be converted along with the mesh without selecting any extra options.
