If you have a male character that met the requirements of the extreme class, you can only create a male extreme. same goes with female. Probably you can check it in sp.extreme if you can change it there. GMTool Source already shared. Backread the pages here.

check the last login date of that account, make sure it's not more than the current time you are logging in.
