Your reply is pointless, did you read and follow the instructions properly? Also, the game should be launched from the .bat/.cmd script, not launched directly

You must have done something wrong so it won't connect, I suggest you to learn some basic network stuff then get back to setting things up

use 0ALL_START.bat to start the servers

You showed only this error message but didn't show the other stuff like your server folder content, my guess is that your antivirus have the server executable removed (false-positive I assume)

Yeah, I was able to start all the other servers without web server, just that won't get me log in the game successfully. I thought that I might did something wrong when creating new account, so I also tried to login with game01:111111(which was supposed to be the working one) but that didn't...

The only difference between what I have gone through is that I didn't start any web server since it's not in any of the archives, would that matter?
