Are your DCRS correct? and does your emulator receive any packets? If you need prehosted DCRS, just rip mine from my v5 hotel. You must be registered for see element.

The way teleport worked was you'd enable it and once enabled when click the spot that you want rather than walking then you just 'poofed' there. Have you also ensured that your rank is of rank with the fuse right "fuse_administrator_access"? Do you have Skype? I can help you when online.

Arggg, do you have Skype; I'd have to have a look to see your issue to fix it the fastest. Playing V5 makes me miss retros. Sadly the use of shockwave isn't so common anymore so the hotel wouldn't get big.
