Yea he is right stuartmoseley . Even you achieve to run server, you will face with lots of issues. For example; monsters and rss are big problems. They do not appear on map.

Like BeeZone said; you are having a problem to make server to connect Db. I would suggest you to check mysqld.exe from Task Manager if it runs when you start server. And install a sql manager such as MySQL Front to see if you can connect to your mysql server from 3306 port. The thing is, this...
