Looks like you're missing the MSSQL extension for PHP dude. If you go to your php.ini (usually inside your php folder, I'm not sure where exactly this would be for you) and uncomment ;extension=php_mssql.dll Hopefully that should work (I noticed you're missing a username from the config too :P) :)

You haven't been registered for too long and have very little posts. And as Shawie mentioned none of them are in the Ran section itself. To be honest I try again in the future.

I'm assuming this means the server you're connecting to isn't online or the hostname you used was invalid, in most cases that's the problem

You need to enable MSSQL as an extension in your C:/xampp/php/php.ini. Search for ;extension=php_mssql.dll and uncomment it. (remove the ; )
