You will see that there is a new log.1234 in (new root)/server/db/uniquewd/dblogs folder, that is 0B big, which will never get bigger. yes but there is no such logfile. I removed old one, restarted so generated the new one but thing is its the same extension anyways, put old one up still...

Wiped mysql and player databases just to time out when try to create toon, no one else had this issue?

I have seen the fixes for this bug looking around the forum but inst working for me, even if I wipe out all databases does same thing soon as try to make a toon disconnect or time out. Anyone have an idea? I got a number of people patiently waiting but my ideas of things to try and get around it...

Server works fine on CentOS 6.6, realm names all work etc. You have to "install" the libraries not copy them over from somehwere and it then works fine. The only libs copy is libtask.so and libskill.so the other dependencies need to be actually installed yum search is your friend
