If you use the patch for official it will be in English. Not sure about the client download Papka provided. It got stuck. Kirihara

Like Allen said, a complete download would be a lot easier and thus would be more attractive to players, I cringe when I have to download from 3 different sources and dig through patch lists. I won't be trying this out until such time the former has been resolved. Nonetheless, good luck! Kirihara
