I tried editing a skills color, uploaded it as transparent and now when I go on the server the skill casts with a black background??? Why is this happening and how do I fix it

It seems for some reason even though I set the EXP rate to 7x, it is not listening. My exp rate is scaling drastically with level. I searched the src files with things like "exprate" and "getlevel" and can't find anything that would be causing this. Can someone help me?

Please somebody help.. certain changes I make in ServerProperties.java are not taking effect. For example no matter what EXP/Drop/Mesos Rate is always 1x even when I write it to be higher. If I make Host IP mine, it still only able to connect through localhost thus that doesn't change either...

Same. Was getting error on line8 and line68 cause privatekey/publickey was undefined. When I defined them in database/recaptchalib now I just get a scuffed Registration page with no actual captcha. Very frustrating lol this seems impossible You must be registered for see element.
