Has anyone noticed that there is a limit to how long can u fit inside cabal.enc? My client stuck at loading if my cabal.dec lines written for 52603 line onward. I can delete any lines such as pet or craft recipe, to make the client run as long as the number of line stays at 52602 or below...

Log will tell you. So many possibilities of this to happen. Like if you have gm ip check and someone with nation 3 logging in without add ip will be like this. Or if you have bug equipment, inventory and so on. Best to share log here

I just realized that pet also have a limit. Server wont start upon adding the 100th pet in the server. Or this can be extended as well? Client works fine, so I believe only worldsvr.bin need to be extended right?

If you want to give the title for all new char, i think u need to add another column in Server01.dbo.cabal_new_character_data [AchievementData]. Then edit stored procedure dbo.cabal_sp_newchar. If you want to add manually, u can search in google "How to modify title manually"
