both are there for the sake of completness since you need it to repack or at least i use it for that. if you prefere the RWPackageconverter just use that one instead of saying that there is no english extractor

?? You have the ObjectEditor its the official FDB edit tool that can do everything, also figuring out how to extract the file is not hard even if all is russian its pretty straight forward

Its not surprising it works without having gm 13. GMCommand = 1 is used for only dev servers. It makes it so everyone that logs on gets gm 13 assigned automatically. You should never use it on a live server. Also the part of ObjEdit where you can edit NPC pathing is only working when GMCommand=1...

Only for the year? Reguarding your question, probably not soon. This release already took me 5 days to make it perfect and so far i only found one small mistake. Kinda busy rn, but when i release it ill post here so make sure to stay up to date ^^

Does anyone have a .DB file editor that is able to edit all .db files? I only have a Russian .db editor that is able to edit a few of them. Also, did anyone manage to get the wdb patching to work? Would be interesting.
