ExiledMS v117 is pretty straight forward, problem is that v117 not working on windows 8+. So unless you know how to fix it or make it work i think it's a waste of time.

Inside APP_INVENTORY did you make sure that the reading for texDialogBox for exmaple is reading a .bmp file and not .tga? Because if the RESDATA.INC is looking for texDialogBoxGuild.tga and you have texDialogBoxGuild.bmp it might be the issue.

By default, k19 compile smoothly like a butter. So either you were trying to add any system to your source and break something, Or you just didn't install visual stuido as well. Repeat your steps again and try to follow groxy's guide. :) You can also follow the error you get and try to fix it..
