I believe it is not even possible in vanilla. It is a deliberate decision to funnel everything through the marketplace.

Do we know what affects the rate of horses leveling skills? I have set "rate.horse.exp = 10000" but it seems to only affect the rate at which the horse itself is leveling. Bringing up the skills is still slow.

If anybody got an JNI error with the loginserver bat file. This solved it for me: You must be registered for see element. Additionaly you need to edit the "AUTHENTIC_DOMAIN" in the service.ini from the client as well to 127.0.0.1
