Can you tell me what order should I run the exes ?because in files have only 11 exes

Guys i have a problem i managed to run server in VM without problems but now when i am trying to run on my pc when i am trying to run the exes i am getting service terminated on each exe You must be registered for see element. anyone knows how to fix it?
