Hello! How can anyone tell it if there are no server files after 1.5.5 released to public?

To my knowledge, there are 2 emulators which work with clients of higher versions which are being rented: from developer deadraky and OriginalPW's team.

Will 1.6.2 be public in 1-2 years or so? I mean when stable servers with good reputation like EpicPW will be upgraded to higher versions?

If Chinese developers wouldn't make the game with all stuff, there wouldn't be any emulators and generally private servers too. If Mail.ru, PWE and other localizers wouldn't translate the Chinese hieroglyphs to other languages, I doubt that the game would have a big popularity outside of China...

I have the same problem, but for 1.5.6 v190. Need the server-side and it doesn't seem to exist anywhere.

I guess that it must be 1.4.2 version downgraded to 1.4.1 (removed hypers, new classes, etc. if you don't need).

Can anyone please share a Virtual Machine where 1.3.8 is installed with all dependences?

If you're talking about latest released source code 1.5.2, it doesn't compile out of the box. For example, compiling gdeliveryd on Fedora Core 2 32-bit gives error: Who knows what does this mean? Matcher.h is broken or wrong OS?

I suppose that 16-bit addressation means that there are limitations related to 16-bit constants: e.g. the maximum level which server supports is 32767 (16-bit signed limit), the maximum ID of a quest is 65535 (16-bit unsigned limit),... If I'm wrong, please somebody correct me.

From what I've heard, Neverfall client uses 32-bit addressation while Elysium server uses 16-bit addressation (not sure what it exactly means), which makes impossible to log-in unless we make big modifications to the server-side (or, maybe, client-side).

I know at least one private server with all what you named (russian ThePW). You can even set up own private server with these properties (it's version 1.3.1). But isn't it boring just to kill mobs and gather resources? Cards, glyphs, reawakenings, more skills, classes, etc. were introduced to...

I thought you are a fan of new PW versions like me.
