I'd like to help. I've run a few different servers over the years. Never a java one, but like with my first stint with WoW/mangos/and Silver's DB I'm willing and able to learn whatever is necessary to get it done. I also have a lot more free time than I did way back then, and I am highly motivated.

No, if I felt that it was I wouldn't have felt the need to rant. I was lookin for a flamethrower and this was the closest I found. I'ma stop feeding the trolls now :) Also, that link is now dead, it held incriminating admissions.

I only wanted to rant, not really get anyone in trouble, better to blow off steam than to point fingers. If a fifth thread is closed for a similar reason, then I'll start pointing fingers, but I figured I'd be nice ^_^

Look, just because a post has a better release than what you've posted, doesn't mean that you have to find an excuse to close it! Being a moderator for like a month does not instantly give you power to close competing releases, either. KNOCK IT OFF! /rant
