By f12 menu do you mean developer tools? Did you check the console tab? Will be something to do with your external_variables, check external_override_variables too, also check your habbo.swf if it's the correct version.

Do you have your pages removed from your htdocs / wwwroot? anyone could easily access by typing hotelname/ase/empty.php etc..?
