This is a great challenge. I encourage anyone active in the section to have a go! HINT: Notepad++ might help highlight some clues for you if you are unpacking the .exe correctly. :)

You need to use a vote system. Some kind of incentive system behind it for your players is also good. If you are looking to get exposed on some of the top 100 server sites, some offer a sponsored advertisement. You pay a fee per month to be shown on top of the list. Hope this helps. Good luck...
