i did this: 1. add a new item at tantra param. with a unique ID 2. added the new item at ClientRes. and chose a tribe 3. copied a default tribe set but changes the TMB and skin location 4. Created a new skin 5. added the new skin at the HPK's CSV (but im not sure if the ID is right) any mistakes?

for the router, based on my experience you just need to enable FTP in your router then when your connected check the IP address of your PC and let others connect their client to your IP.
