Hi friendsI'm trying to edit Dialogs but I can't figure it out at all. Is there a program that can edit html? Or is it an encoding issue?

You can use this program too, place the .pak file in the PAK folder and then open the program and select it just above, click on Extract PAK and after finishing extraction go to Decode.

Can I repack it after editing?

Yes, you do the same process, open the program and select the pak, after that click on Repack, the program will remake the .pak for you to put in the game folder, don't be surprised if the file becomes smaller, as the program compresses more than the original.

In the past I have already done some translations using this method and program, it works normally, English to Portuguese

And what do you do when it does NOT extract the files from the pak? It literally does nothing, it just sees them but doesn’t do anything.
