Greetings

Last year a very fun game known as Moonlight online was shut down and i was wondering if u could make a server emu for it ... i hav the client files which i can send if anyone needs them.

here is a brief description of the game :

Original Blood: Tales of Eternal Blood is a fantasy MMORPG set on an earth after a great war between humans, vampires, werewolves, and demons. Players are challenged with rebuilding war-torn lands and destroyed empires after the great against the renegade demons. Set during a time of peace amongst the humans, vampires, and werewolves, they must join forces to fight the demons and reclaim their land.

Horror Themes: Plays can play as a vampire, werewolf, or a good ol’ human.

Action-Based Combat: Dodge, roll, and use hundreds of skills to smite your foes.

Hundreds of Quests: Follow a dark and brooding storyline of a world wrought with war.

Explore even more lands when Moonlight Online is released later this year.

thanks in advance

Hello i was hoping they comeback or you have the server files so we can run it

Hi Dexcalibur, you don't have any idea how long I've been looking for someone to have a client copy of the entire game (Moonlight Online MMORPG) I really do love this game and I played it the first time it was released on facebook, I can still remember how many people played this game on launched date. To the point there's a long queue just to collect your quest item. If you still have the whole copy of the game, I'm more than happy to help create a emulator for it so that we can play MO again :')

Hi Dexcalibur,

I tried accessing the link you provided, but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be working anymore—the page just loads blank for me.

Could you provide another working link or upload the files somewhere else?

Also, if the goal is to create an emulator/server for the client, could you provide whatever information you have about the following?

  • The original game client/files
  • Client version/build number
  • Any existing server files or server-side files you have
  • Database files or database structure, if available
  • Configuration files (IP, ports, server settings, etc.)
  • Any packet/network logs captured while the original server was still online
  • Login/authentication information or protocol details
  • Any existing source code, tools, or documentation related to the server
  • The original server IP/domain and ports, if known
  • Any existing emulator/reverse-engineering work that has already been done
Even if you don't have all of these, whatever is available would help. I mainly want to determine what information the client already contains and what we would need to reverse-engineer before starting the emulator.
