[BlackGold]How to be a GM and the command trigger to use in BlackGold?

I saw lastfun upload a pic about the GM command in BlackGold.But his inbox is full and I could not sent message to him. Do anyone know how to input the BlackGold's GM command? I found the GM command list notice by the gm.lua file. But I tried again and again, didn't found the way to input it.:?::?: In lastfun's pic, there is a special window to input these command.
