I want know config hamony can't add Set-Item

now it set item can add hamony

I want can't add hamony config ?

He probably wanna say that on hes server "Season 3" user's can put Harmony on Accient items...but he wanna change this and disable it :P

also check data\commonserver.dat for harmony options
