Dll virus in the Xtrap, how to stop this problem

Hello I have been asked for help from someone to inform min how do I clean the dll of my client ie the Xtrap since most in this dll Xtrap. please if any man knew how to make your help here will be grateful for the help!

These files are not infected in default state.. If your AV alert on those files than your machine is full infected by a worm.. Google for those dll names and you will see which dll is which part of game..
