How to set up the server Ragnarok in the no-ip

I got a problem when you link the domain of the more no-ip to enter the domain after it was linked to the Control Panel someday modem or router panel TCM

حصلت لي مشكلة عندما قمت بربط الدومين الخاص ب no-ip فكلما ادخل للدومين بعد ربطه يدخلني للوحة تحكم المودم او لوحة تكم الراوتر

redirect you ports an edit file "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts" add permisions to edit them and add that lines below:
127.0.0.1(that ip is localhost) lalala.noip.me(your_dns)
192.168.1.x(your pc ip) lalala.noip.me(your_dns)
You have an online with DNS server :)
if doesn't work, change you ip in server config files 127.0.0.1 to 192.0.0.x and rerun the server, i'll put online with thath config with no-ip.

127.0.0.1(that ip is localhost) lalala.noip.me(your_dns)
192.168.1.x(your pc ip) lalala.noip.me(your_dns)
