Movereq.bmd in data-local folder in your client.

This is a bug that happen when your MoveReq.txt ( server side, Data/Lang) aren't the same as movereq.bmd ( client side, Data/Local ) check it, all lines must be equal.

Check Move_req.bmd Gate.txt Gate.bmd And MoveReq.txt

i don`t have MoveReq.txt in data/langs is one file -> english.ini


is mu server season 6 episode 3.

i have MoveReq.dat in server: http://speedy.sh/NDBeB/MoveReq.dat
and
i have movereg.bmd & movereg_eng.bmd in client: http://speedy.sh/K4hBh/Movereq.bmd & http://speedy.sh/HdAnA/movereq-eng.bmd .

I opened your Movereq.bmd and here's your problem :

I don't know how to delete it, but you can download another movereq.bmd( must be the same version as your are using, Season 6.3 , i don't use this version so i don't have it ) with this fixed or wait to someone how knows how to delete it.
