Second Sig i made-wifout help :)

i liked darran's sig BG and decided to do one with the same color, with no tutorial and just trial of brushes :) but somehow it turned out a different purple :D .. well anyway , i couldnt find a good pic so i decided to steal his pic :thumbsup:

I like the shinyness but you can hardly see the pic. overall 7/10

The middle part is too bright. The black part on the bottom left looks funny.
Also u need to learn how to blend the images together better.
Why are there scanlines on the render only? Looks wierd.

I just realised that u used my sig and cut the render out directly from my sig.
Explains the wierd scanlines.
No wonder it doesnt blend well. If you wanted the original render you couldve asked. For that, 5/10.

i must say even if it is ripped that the colour is much better than the original *hint hint darren* but if your going to put the levels layer above the image at least desaturate it first!

anyway for the sig i like the blending of the brushes but its a little to bright

Still- Ideas should come from yourself... not make almost same sig, Sure, you can try if you can make sig like that too for practice, but then dont post it to anywhere like-"YAY-I made a sig" then post it as "Tryied to make a signature like he had" - or even better, delete signature and keep knowlage you got from making this signature in your head-later maybe you get your own ideas and then you have some skills to make idea to come true.

well thats true, but i used his as an idea since i liked it all along and now i made a better one (i think) so soon i will start making my own sig from scratch, now im less than a week old to ps, so i gotta learn from others dont u think, well if u could make a sig when u first used ps, ur talented then :) i aint

In matter of fact, I did my first sig from scratch, I readed some tutorials for about 2 days(of course tryied them) and then started to make signature.

PS. I tryied to search my first sig but I didnt find it... it was that zombie-soldier if anyone remembers :) are old posts deleted? :(

aw yea, I found devianart also when making signature, that helped me alot too :)

Wow nice job on the change Jeriel. Looks much clearer and sharper. Good Job 9/10. Not 10/10 cause it was darren's sig first. But yours looks better now. Sorry darren.:thumbup:
