FindRetros Voting Problem?

I'm having a few issues setting up my voting for FindRetros.

I want it to make you vote when you access /me.php but I am unsure how to do this, I have looked at some tutorials and none of them have worked. It's simple I know but I haven't done this in a while and my mind has gone blank. Please tell me where exactly to put things, because I know roughly what to do, just not where to put it.

If you use Cloudflare, setup a page rule so when they enter /me.php redirect them to your voting link.

Then once they've voted, send them back to /me.php

Can you go more in depth? For example, what do I put as the voting link?

Sure, on Cloudflare you go to your website. Then navigate to page rules and you'll be prompted with a input form. On the form, enable forwarding. Then you'll be prompted with a box like this:

Then once you're on FindRetros, navigate to Manage Pages > Your Hotel Page > Voting > Then make the Return URL as http://blisshotel.us/me
