Website completely exploded

This only happens on my friends VPS. It's like the CSS doesn't work, when i scroll down it's pure black like the website ends, look at the screenshot.

This happens on every rev and uber CMS.

Can't you read that error on the top?
mysql_num_rows() is returning false!

Also, why is that CMS using mysql_*?! I thought most nowadays ran using mysqli!

Too me it looks like there is another <div> element at the footer. Is there a live demo so I can see it myself?

The variable is probably not set and thus showing up as plain text instead having a value attached.

But then how can you explain that the "explosion" has happened on every single CMS he's tried?
