check if the client and server lines in refshopfoods.txt / _RefShopGoods are the same. if they are not the same this might happen.
aside of that also check the SaleTag in refpackageitem.txt / _RefPackageItem it has to be 0 for normal item or 2 for "Best Item" category thats being shown on the first page of the item mall
