[Request]Server Editing

I have Look EVERYWHERE and cannot find the help i need.

i have also tried messing with the server and no luck.

3 things i need help with.

1. Opening instances to 24/7. i have seen this done on other severs but cannot find help to do so.

2.Editing the Drop Rates. just need general info on where to find it and i can change it.

3. (this one is not really needed just wondering) is there a item reader for v331?

i have ran a PW and FW server before but never really worked in server side most i was able to do was add another realm. i have the tools and know where all the files are at just need help editing them right.

Why have a 24/7 instance kinda kills the fun.. (Its only my opinion)

Its in element.data (but the item drop rate is in gs)

There is one but its not translated (pretty old as well so its not worth looking atm, also you can used EL_FW as a reader.)

the open 24/7 instances because we are on at different time and we miss the GT and other instances. se we wanted a 24/7 instances.

i don't understand so i edit gs right not element.data? also what tool edits gs

You edit the GS file if you changing the rate of item drop, but on the element its pretty complicated (for beginners) it determine what item a monster/boss drop and how much/chances it can drop.

ok i used the GS editor. but when i go in lets say TOK it drops the same ammount of gear as before. but i have noticed that the mobs outside town drop like potions but that is all. and do you know how to make instances 24/7?

For instances drop you have to modify the element data, and no I do not know how to make 24/7 instances nor do I plan to.

One last thing my server says it is pvp but i cannot do any pvp. Any clue whats wrong?

I have not check pvp yet since I was working on World Boss spawn and rank system but I will look into it.

Is easy.

First you edit DYNAMIC_INSTANCE_CONFIG and FAST_TEAM_BUILD_CONFIG structure. change times. then you edit corresponding quest which contains start/stop times for instance. where you get quest id? from structures I mention above. how you edit quests/elements -- your problem, not mine.
