In order to play ofline, you just need the "DBO 0.50.9 Client" and arnie's compiled dbo.exe, that's included in your "files.rar".

There is no english client however there is a sorta english patch : http://rapidshare.com/files/36959859...0fixed0.05.rar

How to install?
) go to your DBO directory and from there to pack folder(something like that: netmerbel/dragon ball online/pack)
) rename file lang0.pak to lang0backup.pak
) Copy lang0.pak from the file you just downloaded and put it in the pack folder .
) Go in game and Have FUN
