basically you can get any information about any item in _Items ...to get the IDs used in _Items for the char you want to display his items/values you have to query _Inventory with the charid ... to get the charid you query _Char ..
everything else is just javascript and css to make it look nice

You need to decode the variance ( The white stats ) and the MagParam ( Blue stats ). Have fun and good luck
