GlobalManager closes instantly

Hello people.

After I adjusted everything to finally prepare for starting the server, I wasnt able to run the GlobalManager. It didn't even show up. I set everything correctly, correct IP's, server.cfg etc.

.. by the way, I also tried to turn on DEP, but instead of showing "GlobalManager" i can read this:
