how to use Char Pos. in smc

please help me how yo use Char Pos. in smc. I dont know what can i fill new position? And i dont know where is impot position. I dont know where is Position file.

if youre talking about the SMC->SR_UserEdit->Char Pos. feature ... you need to fill in database coordinates aswell as region ids.
See _RefRegion for all region IDs and their "continents" and search the release section on how to convert ingame coords to db-like coords
