Server setup for these files are simple. My server is already up and running the problem is the client only connects to "192.168.1.110", and client data is encrypted. From what it looks like currently to even translate you need client tool to unpack "Data.dhp". and i believe Login.cfg has the client ip encrypted.
so currently you would only be able to play locally on lan.

We won't be able to translate until we can unpack the Data.dhp file. I figured out how to force the client to connect to another ip instead of "192.168.1.110" local network gaming isn't my idea of fun so i figured a way to achieve this.
1) Launch the game in the username field type your ip address leave password empty and click login
2) Close the game run patcher.exe and click patch
3) Launch the game and connect to your new ip

How Patch.exe works:
So i realized that the username in the client is being saved and usually it's saved to a .ini, .txt or something in that nature (username was saved encrypted and Login.cfg is encrypted with ip). I assumed that it saved in UserData.cfg so i checked it everytime and the values in UserData.cfg does change. In username field i typed in the ip "192.168.1.110" and i found an exact match in both files Login.cfg & UserData.cfg so from there i entered in my wan ip and replaced the one in Login.cfg and boom i had access.
Their downside was they encrypted the username text and i was able to use it against them to grant access to another ip.
Now we can host servers and have people connect to them.
I hope someone releases the Data.dhp unpack tool.

1) Extract the GPHMSG folder to your local drive for me it's "C:\"
2) Right-click all the shortcuts and change them to the correct paths
3) in the server folder change all .ini MySQL information and ip addresses to yours
4) Make sure your web server and MySQL server is shutdown. web server uses port 443 which will prevent the login server from fully turning on. Run the shortcut 1.启动数据程式 with the number 1 this will turn on MySQL now continue to 2, 3, 4 stop at 7.

btw avast is taking positive at virus
i disabled it but idk...

Client is also located in the server folder named "GPH...." antivirus is detecting a virus because the Sound.dll file was packed/encrypted.
