I never thought I'll ask a question regarding MUCore here - It's usually the other way around = =|||
The situation is as follows:
I'm currently switching my VPS host, on my old host I backed up all MUCore files (which works fine without problems) and on the new host I just restored all backed up databases and ODBC connections. However, MUCore now outputs the complete content of config.php and all other PHP files (namely, the required files from config.php onwards) in the source when index.php is being accessed in the browser.
After I switched the Error Reporting on, the true problem surfaces as follows:

1. Do not suggest anything about MSSQL and such, that's not the problem.
2. Do not suggest anything about XAMPP and such, since I use IIS7 + Build in PHP Manager support.
3. Do not suggest reinstalling MUCore since I restored the database from the old host and there should be no need to do that.
4. PHP Version is 5.5.14 .
5. This is not a usual misconfig or other n00bish problems, I can easily solve such problems as evidenced in my prior posts.
(The reason I list them here is because in my prior MagicHand question there are answers that gives out that don't help)

For reference, if I global $core in the main body of index.php and rewrite the language so it always reads /language/chinese.php, there are no error outputs but the website then throws a 302 and redirects to ROOT_INDEX (as in http://localhost/ROOT_INDEX) which is more weird. I'm suspecting a variable parsing problems here, but cannot pinpoint it.
