Revcms upload image into news

I have been trying to upload a image to my news but it doesnt show up http://i62.tinypic.com/2dwgffo.png
It just shows like that, and when i press insert/edit image button it just comes

404 - File or directory not found.

But when i go to the directory i can see the html file and all that..

You mate are using a edit of RevCMS that has been touched so many times <.<
