Can someone fix the custom.dll (remove license and fix read.ini) and main.exe to unpack it

it has license inside the .dll need to remove it (buypass it)

im dont see any license i can only see HUGE amount of settings for it

this needs to be removed, cants start main.exe without remove from the .dll the license option
