change 127.0.0.1,localhost to your ip and check the updater paste name

You didn't changed all IP's to your ip. Or your webserver under 192.208.186.67 isn't running / accessable

( First set ur server on Localhost ( 127.0.0.1 ) then try to patch if this work u can change the ips to ur Root or Hamachi ip )
go into ur launcher cfg and change
to
