Release the real Taiwan SRO server files.

So lately i've been thinking about a new way to refresh this dying community, since i left it because nothing new comes out off all of this, because everyone uses the same vsro files which are boring as hell. and i was thinking about releasing the real taiwan-sro files and if your wondering, no ,its not the fake mixture full of viruses that was released partially on several forums, im talking about the real files that was leaked back in the days from Eroad (V1.258), (Server files,DB, matching client, Server management control [SMC] etc...)

from a personal experience working with those files i can say for sure that they work much better then vSRO or any kind of server files people are using these days in many manners like handling packets traffic,filtering IPs,not crashing with no reason, harder to exploit ,very stable, and obviously has great features that other files dont.

now, i hope to release those files in order to bring a new light to this programming community, which i see (no offense), but filled with kids copying from guides, acting like robots without understanding what they're actually doing, but still there are fews out there that still got it.

so, all im asking here, is it worth releasing them? is it gonna revive the sro community? because it is something new to work with, alot of people will stop use the vsro files and use twsro instead?
or else people are lazy to start devouring for knowledge for these "new files".

or is it all just a waste of time?

I'd love to put my hands on such files, for research purposes. I don't own/want to open a server anytime soon.

I hope someone release it.

I would say Release them because it isn't worth it to just keep them in storage and don't know hwat to do with the stored files?
But in the other I say do what you think it is worth because you have the files if you feel to release them do it and I don't think that because of Twsro files they stop working, creating vsro server anymore. There is no Reason to stop on it the vsro files were just testfiles i guess so there is nothing
to compare with. Anyway I would love to see how many files will be released only people with knowledge would get success on earning money by donating maybe it is just my wish thinking or something similar.

Not worked in sro before but if this file base as released I know I would be interested in working with it and i am sure many other people would and the community would grow.

@Isoline i have this files from long time ago (almost 6-7 months) but problem is players they like to use bot and there is no free bot for twsro...
also tool for agent server work on this files.

i seriously doubt that you got that real files and not that mixture out there.
anyhow, agent exploitation, or any exploit can potentially work on any sro server-files because all server files share a minimum amount of the same "core" you might say, that "twsro" files were a migration from vsro by Eroad. as far as i remember many exploits dont work on those files since they are at the same time different then vsro, packets and structures of the game are handled differently from vsro.


as for the "bot" issue, there are several bots that can work with those files that i already know of SROKing / KDBot im sure that there is people
that capable of making a live version of it / crack it. or simply code a simple bot, people already done it for vsro, so if you really want to, bot wouldnt be a problem you just need to think a lil bit.

a fresh start is always good.

i would like to work on new files bec i know every thing about vsro files and it will be very good to know about other files

although i know that many will use it and it will be useless
but i believe that we will find out interesting staff in it

That would be the sweetest thing to do now please consider to release them faster on ragezone and not in epvp thanks :)

Silkroad Community Destoryed already soo its dosen't mattar at all . but it will be nice if its will be released. :)
