my vBulletin so far is at about 80MB or so... was just wondering how large everybody's database is on average.

Well I have never used vBulletin personally, but the largest database i've had on my own scripts is nearly 200MB, but 80MB still is a pretty big load.

I would hate to see what it is like once I finally have a stable runescape server with SQL support... I already have over 7,500 accounts registered on it.. (some people probably registered more than one, though)
sql db for runescape will compress very well and be small due to just being text based, a forum incs attachments adding to the size, so you cannot compair really.
True... didn't think about that.
I have about 60MB of text files in my savedgames folder for RS, at the momment... might help compression... I am mainly looking at backup... with 7,378 accounts, would be a shame for something to happen to them... would also be nice to have them integrated with my vBulletin in some form.
Speakin of multiple accounts, if there is a way to make it web-register only, then you could make it so you can only create one account per ip.
